On December 29, 2009 I received an e-mail from Soni about an interesting ouija board experience:


This happened two days ago, and my friend is still spooked! I used to play with the OUIJA frequently when I was 14, about 8 years ago. I haven't played with it since then, because weird things started happening in my home!

Two days ago my cousin mentioned to my friend R. that I had the board. R. had never played. He really wanted to so I agreed, but told him it's not safe. So R., my mom, and myself played with two candles lit and the light in the next room on. I have the Milton-Bradley OUIJA board.

At first nothing happened, but then slowly we began to get answers and the planchette picked up speed. We all touched it so lightly that it seemed as if the planchette was flying around on its own.

Me: Is there anyone here who would like to speak with us?

Me: Can you tell us your name?

Me: How old are you?
Board: goes between 7 and 5

Me: Did you die on this property? Nearby?

We then asked a lot of other questions and he spelled:

At this point we were all annoyed, but then we finally got some answers:

Board: NO

Me: What is your name again, please?
Board: BRYAN

Me: Are you a little boy?
Board: NO

Me: Are you a little girl?
Board: NO
Board: 75

Me: Are you 75?
Board: YES

Me: Were you killed?
Board: YES

R: Who killed you?
Board: LUGIS

R: Luis killed you?
Board: YES

Me: Was Luis your family member?
Board: YES

Me: Was he your son/daughter/brother/uncle?
Board: NO/NO/NO/NO

Me: When did you die?
Board: 90

R: Did you die in 1990?
Board: YES

Me: Did you have a wife? Is she alive?
Board: YES/NO

R: How many kids did you have?
Board: 7

Me: Are they alive?
Board: NO

Me: Was everyone killed in 1990?
Board: YES

Me: Were your bodies found?
Board: NO

Me/R: Did you die in fire, water, poison, gun, weapon?
Board: NO to all these questions

Me: What is your street number? House number?
Board: 357 / 357

R: Are you a white person?
Board: YES

R: Are we bothering you, Bryan?
Board: YES

Me: Do you want us to help you, Bryan?
Board: YES

Me: How do you want us to help you?

Me: Do you want us to do research?
Board: YES

Me: What is your last name, Bryan? Can you spell it for us?

After that we asked him to say goodbye and finished the game. R. is creeped out, but still wants to play! I'm not sure why Bryan couldn't spell most of the time, and how to do any research if we don't have much info. But it was pretty spooky!
