Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, Georgia is the most breathtaking cemetery I have been to. Acres and acres of Spanish Moss Trees and Monuments to die for. The moment you step into the gates you are taken back to the 1800's days most don't even now about, and the ones that do don't speak about it. If you plan to go, don't expect to even capture a quarter of it the first time. I have had the chance to visit seven times and I can't wait to go back again and again. The craftsmanship is amazing and can be moving at times, so many amazing intricate pieces make this cemetery a one of a kind, the slow decay of the statues cry of days gone by.
