On January 12, 2010 I received an e-mail from Sarah about an interesting ouija board experience:
I am 16 years old, and one night six of my friends and I were hanging out. Earlier in the month, in the middle of the night, we went to explore an abandoned house that was close by. With our flashlight, we searched the house and found only one thing: a report card that had failing grades on it with the name of Sam Smith. He went to the local high school. We didn't think anything of it, so the boys continued to completely trash the house; kicked the doors out and put dents in the walls.
A month later it was witching hour, and we were all bored so we got my friend's ouija board and went to the abandoned house and started to play it. The house was boarded up, but we kicked in one of the windows. One of my friends was experienced at this, and has had some dangerous memories with the ouija board. Therefore, he was hesitant, but he still went. We were talking to a ghost named Jordan Smith. We asked if he was Sam Smith's son, and he said yes. We asked him how he had died. He said, "I killed my family, and then committed suicide." We were all pretty scared since we know for a fact that Jordan Smith used to own that house and my friend's house until he died and it got turned over to the bank. All the boys that we were playing started to feel very sick, but all the girls were just fine. At one time the experienced person got possessed by a demon. We did not know this until we walked back to the house, because he did not want to scare us! We haven't played it for awhile, but I'm planning to again.
