After a Battelle Christmas party that Chrissie and Susan invited me too, we decided to go back to my place and try out the Ouija board I bought. Since my mom would never let me have an Ouija board in their house due to an experience she had while she was in high school, this was my very first time using one.

The planchette took forever to start moving, and even when it did start it moved extremely slow. So we only got a few answers:

Q: How many spirits are in the house?
A: Eight

Q: What is your name?
A: Lex (my great grandfather's name)

This experience was very disappointing to me, and afterwards I was convinced that Ouija boards must not work....however, my attitude changed after my second Ouija board experience!
