The Martinsville Friends Cemetery is located behind the church on the south side of OH-28 in Martinsville, Ohio (Clark Township, Clinton County). The coordinates are 39° 19' 21.48" N, 83° 48' 36.67" W.

The Martinsville Friends Cemetery was established in 1844, and it is no longer active. There are many old gravestones, and many are in great condition. However, there are several large stacks of broken gravestones throughout the cemetery. The grounds are very well maintained.
