The Lucasville Cemetery is located on the west side of Scioto Street, two blocks west of US-23, in Lucasville, Ohio (Valley Township, Scioto County). The coordinates are 38° 52' 49.82" N, 82° 59' 57.58" W.
The Lucasville Cemetery was established in 1809, and it is still active. The oldest gravestones are located on the southwest side (near the back). There are many sandstone, siltstone, marble, and granite gravestones, and most are in good condition. Several have beautiful carvings of willows. The founder of Lucasville, John Lucas, is buried in this cemetery; his grave is near the Ohio Historical marker. The cemetery is very well maintained.
