King's Chapel Burying Ground is located near the intersection of Tremont Street and School Street in Boston, Massachusetts (Suffolk County). The coordinates are 42° 21' 30" N, 71° 03' 35" W.
King's Chapel Burying Ground is the oldest established cemetery in Boston, and it is no longer active. Many notable people are buried there, including:
- John Winthrop - First governor of Massachusetts Bay colony
- Hezekiah Usher - First book seller in Boston
- William Dawes - Rode with Paul Revere to Lexington
- Mary Chilton - First woman to step off the Mayflower in 1620.
The cemetery is extremely well taken care of by the city.
