On January 2, 2010 I received an e-mail from Katie about an interesting ouija board experience:


My name is Katie, and I live in Arizona. These are my ouija board stories that happened yesterday. We talked to four spirits, and the first three sessions I did with my dad. The spirits were Tom, Rick, and Cindi.

Me: Are there any spirits who would like to talk to us?
Board: Yes

Me: Okay, what is your name?
Board: Tom

Dad: That's my dad's name. (His father had passed away.)
Me: Really?
Dad: Yeah.
Me: That's weird.

Dad: Should we be scared?
Me: Don't ask that!
Board: Yes

My dad and I look at each other.

Dad: Why?
Board: Meany hoh

Me: What does that mean?
Dad: I don't know.

I can't really remember after that, but here it goes:

Me: Okay, are you (dad's name)'s father?
Board: Y yes.

We don't really know if he was lying to us, but hopefully I will contact him tonight. Okay, the next session was really scary, I can barley remember this one though.

Me: Are there any spirits?
Board: (Moves around)

Me: Okay, I'm guessing that's a yes.
Me: What is your name?
Board: Rick

Me: Okay, Rick, how old were you when you died?
Board: 65

From there on, all I remember is:

Dad: Can you blow out the candles?
Me: I start freaking out, and saying no, no please don't!
Board: Yes

Me: Oh my gosh, please don't!

Then all I remember. It was going to really random letters, and it spelled out evil. And it kept trying to spell something, and I'm like stop please, I need to ask you something, stop! But it just spelled stop. I think it got mad at me, haha. But after it said evil, I kept asking it if we could talk to someone else. It kept saying no, and I asked why. All it said was like a bunch of different letters that didn't spell anything. So we said goodbye and turned the board over.

Next, we talked to a spirit named Cindi.

Me: Are there any kind spirits who would like to talk to us?
Board: Fyne Child

Me: Oh, Ok. What is your name?
Board: Cindi

Me: Okay, Cindi, how old are you?
Board: 8

Me: Eight?
Board: Yes

Me: Are you kind?
Board: Yes

Then she was just saying random letters, so my dad asked: Are you Indian?
Board: Yes

Me: Okay, well we have to go so bye!
Board: Goodbye

And again it was me, my brother, my sister, and her friend. It wasn't really working, so my sister's friend started cussing at it. And it said to him, Rest In Peace. It was freaky! Then he said, oh yeah? What are you going to do to me? You cant hurt me! I don't believe in you, I'm not afraid of you! So it said, Krv. We dont know what it meant though.

But those were my experiences last night. Hopefully my friend and I will contact more tonight! But always be careful with a ouija board! Happy hunting! =)
