On November 3, 2007 I received an e-mail from Jackie Van Roy about an interesting ouija board experience:


This story has changed my life forever and I always will remember my fist Ouija Board!

In the summer of 2007 my family went to Bass Lake for a vacation. We went gift shopping and found a Ouija Board! Well, it's very hard to find them now days so we couldn't turn down the deal. Two days later we used it in our cabin at 10:30 PM.

We started with warm up questions and soon got deeper into the conversation. We asked the Ouija board:

"When will we leave our house?"

It replied:

"Go, FIRE, Go"

We looked around assumingly and just waited. It didn't worry us one bit, we were just hoping our pet sitter and our pets were safe back in Westwood.

Well, eventually about a month or 2 later in September, it was realy smokey outside and the school was pronounced a non-student and teacher day. We thought it was nothing. Turns out, about 3:00-4:00 in the morning we got three reverse 9-11 calls to be evacuated. But my family are very heavy sleepers! Finally our neighbor cared enough to come to the door and let us know to evacuate! So we did. We got to our hotel 2 hours later and stayed inside with 3 cats and 1 dog.

Now, this is the trippy part! Are eyes were glued to the TV of course, but what was wrong? Well, there is an apartment complex across the street from OUR house called Lataraza. We saw Lataraza up in flames! We freaked, but by the time we got home one week later we thought..."Hey, remember when a while ago we used a Ouija Board on vacation? Well, it said GO, FIRE, GO! And we had asked when will we LEAVE. Evacuate/leave Witch fire/go, fire, go"

Ever since then we haven't used a Ouija Board! And BOOM, there is that story leaving me trippy from that day on..two weeks. (This is one week after the fire, by the way)

Our house was lucky, but that Ouija Board lies in the cupboard sitting there with it's truth. It's freaky truth!
