Federal Hill is located on the grounds of My Old Kentucky Home State Park at 501 East Stephen Foster Avenue in Bardstown, Kentucky (Nelson County).

Federal Hill was constructed between 1795 and 1818. It was the home of Judge John Rowan and his descendants until it was donated to the Kentucky State Parks system on February 26, 1936. The mansion inspired Stephen Collins Foster, who was related to the Rowan family, to write the song "My Old Kentucky Home" in 1852.
