On January 4, 2010 I received an e-mail from Corrie about an interesting ouija board experience:


So, I'm a little freaked out...I just bought a Ouija board and I have already had a weird experience. I was sitting on the floor, asking it questions...

Me: Is there some kind of entity in this house?
Ouija: yes

Me: Are you good?
Ouija: Yes.

Me: Are you here for a purpose?
Ouija: No

Me: Are you just here to be here?
Ouija: yes.

Me: Do you have an attachment to this house?
Ouija: Yes.

Me: Can you tell me your name?
Ouija: Yes

Me: What is it?
Ouija: jenny (or jenna)

Me: Goodbye.

I found out later that when my parents got home about 15 minutes later, I was staring at the board. Then I fell over and just stared into space for about 5 minutes. Then I "woke up" and found myself lying on the floor...I told my dad, and he told me the owner before my grandad of the house's name was Jenny. She was really old and had Alzheimer's Disease.
