Bethlehem Cemetery is located on the north side of OH-309, between Cool Road and McClure Road, outside Lima, Ohio (Jackson Township, Allen County). The coordinates are 40° 43' 52.7" N, 83° 59' 23.92" W.

Bethlehem Cemetery is also known as Hefner Cemetery. There are many old, interesting gravestones, and most are in great condition; only a few have been damaged. The cemetery is very well maintained.
