Bethel Church Cemetery is located at the intersection of OH-668 and Township Road 372 outside Maxville, Ohio (Jackson Township, Perry County). The coordinates are 39° 39' 8.35" N, 82° 19' 25.86" W.

Bethel Church Cemetery is old, and it is no longer active. It is located behind the abandoned Bethel Church. There are many old gravestones, and most are in good condition. The church does an excellent job of maintaining the cemetery.
