The Beamsville Cemetery is located at the intersection of Greenville-Saint Marys Road and Hartle Road, just east of US-127, in Beamsville, Ohio (Richland Township, Darke County). The coordinates are 40° 11' 3.65" N, 84° 35' 14.45" W.

The Beamsville Cemetery is still active. There are several old gravestones, and most are in good condition. The oldest markers are located on the west side. The cemetery is very well maintained.
