The Prison Cemetery is located near the intersection of NY-238 and Dunbar Road in Attica, New York (Wyoming County). The coordinates are 42° 50' 14" N, 78° 15' 19" W.

The Prison Cemetery is owned by the Attica Correctional Facility. All of the gravestones are simple; some contain names and dates, while the older stones simply contain a prisoner number. It is located next to Dunbar Cemetery.
