On April 24, 2005 I received an e-mail from Aaron about one of his first experiences with the ouija board:


My brother Kristopher, me, and our next door neighbor, Devin, were all screwing around with Kristopher's new glow-in-the-dark Ouija board on Christmas morning.

Our one conversation was short and to the point:

Aaron (me): Is anyone there?
Spirit: *Yes*

Aaron: How old are you?
Spirit: (some random seven or eight digit number--it went fast so we couldn't write it down)

Kristopher: Are you a dinosaur?
Spirit: *Yes*

Kristopher: Okay, bye. (we thought the spirit must have been kind of too stupid to talk to)
Dinosaur: Bye.
